Jiarui Wang 王家瑞

Ph.D. Candidate in Finance, Imperial College London

I am a fifth-year Ph.D. Candidate in Finance at Imperial College Business School, on the 2026–2027 academic job market. My research spans empirical asset pricing and market microstructure, with a focus on how information and investor disagreement are impounded into asset prices — from prediction markets to the pricing of sovereign debt and safe assets.

I am currently visiting the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) as a Technical Advisor in the Monetary and Economic Department (MED), and previously held a Ph.D. internship at the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research (HKIMR).
